Jon Washington’s Sounds of the Fortunes is a seperate entity unto its self and has no affiliation to Michael Smitham’s Fortunes.  Jon Washington’s Sounds of the Fortunes was formed in 1992 as a tribute to his old band mates the original Fortunes that were formed at Clifton Hall in Rugby England in the year of 1962.
